Riptide Web is currently seeking a motivated individual to add to our growing team as a Digital Marketing Coordinator. In this position, you will have the opportunity to help in providing an outstanding experience to our clients, while also assisting in the management of a variety of functions focused on client website lead generation.

Core Responsibilities
- Strategy: Develop strategic solutions based on clients’ needs and organize a plan for execution
- Project Management: Scope, budget, and schedule management as well as client communication and coordination
- Digital Marketing: Content creation and syndication, organic SEO, authority development, paid ads (social media and Google), social community management
- Marketing Automation: List segmentation, lead scoring, email marketing, drip-marketing campaigns
- Website: UI/UX design and development (HubSpot, WordPress) as well as copywriting
- Analytics and Optimization: Interpret analytics (including conversion metrics) and create thoughtful client-facing reports with a focus on continuous optimization
Required
- 2+ years in website design/development, digital marketing, online advertising, or content development
- Demonstrated expertise and success in digital marketing
- Demonstrated expertise and success in marketing automation
- Demonstrated expertise and success in website design and development, specifically using WordPress
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, Zoom, Box, Slack, JIRA, Smartsheet, all major social media channels, and online research)
Preferred
- College degree in marketing or related field
- Experience with SMB or B2B marketing
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, etc.
- Project management experience
